Kareena Kapoor makes a move on Sidharth Malhotra

Karan Johar’s coming production ‘Brothers’ has been generating a lot of buzz for Kareena Kapoor’s hot song in it.

Now, ApunKaChoice has learnt that the song titled ‘Merry Mary’ will have Kareena Kapoor making a move on Sidharth Malhotra. However, he doesn’t respond to her advances, but she tries to tempt him all the same.

The track is composed by Ajay-Atul and is said to be a peppy number.

It was shot in January and we had shared the photos from the sets with our readers. During the shoot, Kareena Kapoor had made sure to keep her look in the song under wraps.

‘Brothers’ is a remake of 2011 Hollywood film ‘Warrior’ which was about two estranged brothers coming to terms with their past after entering a mixed martial arts tournament. The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra as brothers. Jacqueline Fernandez is the female lead.

‘Brothers’ will release on 14 August, 2015.

After giving a superhit film like BODYGAURD with style bhai Salman, Kareena is now gearing up for Kabir Khan directed BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN. 
At a recent event, Mrs. Nawab said, ''The film will hit the screens during Eid. I'm coming back with Salman Khan after BODYGUARD. So I think our fans are already very excited, & I'm sure it's going to be a big one.''

Reportedly, this Salman Khan- Kareena Kapoor Khan- Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer began its shooting on November 3, 2014 in New Delhi, and ever since the crew has been shooting at various places including Karjat & Rajasthan. Now, the latest addition to the list is Kashmir.
Kareena Kapoor Khan confirmed the same. She said, ''Yes, we are looking forward to go to Kashmir. We will be leaving next month.''
Produced & directed by Kabir Khan, BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN is slated to hit the theatres on July 16, 2015.

Proud to be 34: Kareena Kapoor

Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor says she is proud of her age and feels the key to ageing gracefully lies in letting the “lines” be, especially when it comes to men.
“I think one should age gracefully. I am proud to be 34 and I think ageing is wonderful. I hate it when I look at somebody and know that they have tried to cover the lines,” Kareena told IANS in an interview.

“I find men with lines on their faces more intelligent and sexy. Even for women, I think Maharani Gayatri Devi was very graceful. The way she aged with the grey hair — that is elegance,” added the wife of actor-producer Saif Ali Khan, who is 10 years her elder, and daughter-in-law of Bollywood’s ageless beauty, Sharmila Tagore.
There’s a notion that “Never ask a woman her age”, but Kareena asks “What’s wrong in saying your age”.
“I don’t want to be an 18-year-old or a 22-year-old girl. I am just done with that phase of my life. That is why I don’t even try to be 22,” added the actress.
“I’m 34 but I’m still endorsing an ice-cream, which people enjoy from an age of 6 to 60. That is an achievement in itself,” she said.
“Each brand that you endorse reflects your personality. That’s why I don’t endorse meat, cigarettes and alcohol,” said Kareena, who has cemented her space in Bollywood with movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Jab We Met, 3 Idiots, Omkara and Talaash.
On the film front, Kareena is set to pack her bags soon and leave for Amritsar to shoot for Udta Punjab. She says the milieu of the film, based on drug busting in Punjab, will leave “everyone shocked”.
“People are going to be really shocked. The film revolves around drug busting in Punjab, which is a big menace in that area. I am not allowed to divulge much information, but I play a pivotal role in the film,” she said of the movie.
Kareena will also be seen in Salman Khan-starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan this year.

Expectations are pretty high for the film which is being directed by ‘Ek tha Tiger’ (2012) fame Kabir Khan. Not interested in watching AIB Roast: Kareena Kapoor

AIB Roast has split the film industry down in the middle with some celebs supporting it and others slamming it. Kareena Kapoor, however, is not the least bit interested in watching the controversial show.

At the launch of a new range of ice-creams in Delhi, when Kareena Kapoor was asked if she has watched AIB Knockout Roast, the actress replied, “Oh no please, I really have no interest in watching it.”

Kareena is also dismissive of the much brouhaha over the show. She thinks the country has better things to worry about.

“India has better and far more important things to worry about than AIB,” Kareena said.

The same opinion was recently voiced by former actress Twinkle Khanna in her column on TOI.

In the write-up, Twinkle mocked the overreaction to the AIB Knockout by saying, “Shouldn’t we save our strength to protest against things that really matter.”

Kareena Kapoor: No interest in watching AIB, India has other things to worry about

Freedom of speech has got a new meaning after All India Bakchod Roast hit the internet. Some have criticised it while, many came in support of it. The latest to join the 'I don't care' list is Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Recently at a launch event, Kareena said that the country has far more things to worry about and she has no interest in watching the roast.
A leading portal quoted Kareena as saying, "Oh no please, I really have no interest in watching it. India has better and far more important things to worry about than AIB."
The AIB Roast was uploaded on YouTube on January 28 and was taken a few days later after it got involved in controversies.
Recently, Aamir Khan lashed out at roast participants Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor and roastmaster Karan Johar for participating in the violent show. He had said, "My opinion is that it was a violent show. Karan (Johar) and Arjun (Kapoor) are my friends and I scolded them and told them that I was not impressed with it. I am not someone who can laugh at abuses and bad language, I think I have passed that age."

Kareena Kapoor Looks Sizzling Hot In Deme

Kareena Kapoor was having the time of her life at the Zoya Akhtar Party recently with a couple of other Bollywood beauties who also attended. Kareena Kapoor all set to do item number in Karan Johar's 'Brothers'

Brothers' is a two-hero film project starring Akshay Kumar and young heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra.

According to reports, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen grooving alongside Sidharth Malhotra to the upcoming movie's special track. The actress is also following the footsteps of Katrina Kaif while rehearsing for the song.

The special song of upcoming Karan Johar directorial 'Brothers' is being choreographed by dancing expert Ganesh Acharya.Earlier, Acharya has also trained Katrina for one of the hit item numbers 'Chikni Chameli'.

The ace choreographer has also claimed that the upcoming special item number of Kareena will be 2015's 'Chikni Chameli'.

Karan Johar's 'Brother' is an official remake of Hollywood flick 'Warrior'. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Jackie Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles.

Earlier, Brother was slated to release on July 31,2015 and will now release two weeks later.

Shahid Kapoor happy for Kareena Kapoor’s ‘good life

Shahid Kapoor seems way-too-vocal about his current stance on his equation with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Not Kareena Kapoor but Kangana Ranaut was the first choice for 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'

Remember how Kangana Ranaut had once stated that she will do anything to work with Salman Khan? Well, she did get a chance but she politely turned it down. The movie in context being Salman's next release- Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Though the film was initially offered to Kangana, she decided to let go off the offer which then went to Kareena Kapoor.
A source close to the actress explains, "Kangana has finally found her footing in the industry with the success of Queen and people are referring her as one of the finest actresses in Bollywood today. Now she does not want to take a chance with her films and roles anymore". Not just that, the actress also feared losing out on the screen time and hence decided to back off, claimed the source. "Everyone knows how it is. Actresses hardly get prominence in any Khan films. The entire focus is on the superstars and Kangana wants to do meaty roles rather than choosing films which will have her in a brief appearance opposite a big actor"

Kareena Kapoor set to play a schizophrenic?

This looks like a role that will test the acting mettle of Kareena Kapoor. Director Rajkumar Gupta is said to have roped Kareena in for his next film.

And guess what she will be seen playing in the yet untitled movie? A schizophrenic. We’re sure you know what that is, but just to re-define: a schizophrenic is a person who has an altered perception of reality and has abnormal social behavior.

We hear that in Gupta’s next film, Kareena Kapoor will play a woman who’s out of a mental institution when she is thrown into a flurry of events that eventually get her trapped in a web of criminal activity.

Now, for a schizophrenic, a criminal activity may be an acceptable social behavior.

Director Rajkumar Gupta, who has previously made No One Killed Jessica, says the film will explore the section 88 of the IPC.

The said section of the Indian Penal Code defines ‘The Act of a Person of Unsound Mind’.

According to Section 88, “Nothing is an offence which is done by a person who, at the time of doing it, by reason of unsoundness of mind, is incapable of knowing the nature of the act, or that he is doing what is either wrong or contrary to law.”

The film is said to be also based on a real life incident. It is expected to roll from April this year.

Kareena Kapoor is presently working in Kabir Khan’s film Bajrangi Bhaijaan with Salman Khan.
